Instead of letting your leftover rice go to waste, make our delicious Rice Pancakes! They are a quick and easy meal that will give you a nice change from the regular breakfast meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of SmartRice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- Butter
- Syrup (optional)
Directions:
- Combine cooked SmartRice, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl and mix well.
- Oil your pan with butter and let it warm up over a low-medium heat.
- Scoop out your batter out and put it onto the hot skillet. Make the scoops roughly 3 inches wide.
- Carefully watch and flip after the batter cooks on each side.
- Serve with syrup!
