- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of SmartRice
- 3 oz chicken broth
- 3 oz whole milk
- ¼ tsp. of salt
- ¼ tsp. of pepper
- ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. of parsley
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in rice, broth, milk, salt and pepper, and stir.
- Bring to a simmer and keep over a low heat.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
