20-Minute Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito

Sauce Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. of paprika
  • 1 tsp. of cumin
  • ½ tsp. of garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. of onion powder
  • ½ tsp. of chipotle chili powder

Burrito Ingredients:

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups of shredded mexican cheese
  • 1 cup of refried beans
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • Oil


  1. In a small bowl mix together your sauce ingredients.
  2. On a separate plate, lay out your tortilla and add ¼ cup of beans to the center.
  3. Scoop ½ cup of rice on top of the beans.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheese onto the top and add 2-3 tablespoons of your sauce onto the side.
  5. Roll into a burrito shape and place on an oiled skillet over a medium heat, seam side down.
  6. Flip when golden brown.
