SHIPPING & RETURNS
SmartRice is a non-returnable item due to its consumable nature.
However, in the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
We'll also pay the replacement shipping costs if the defect is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your refund request approval, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S.A.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of the product can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
